Description:
Jason Deeble’s first picture book, Sir Ryan’s Quest, was published in 2009 by Roaring Brook Press. Since then, he’s written many different kinds of books for children including creative nonfiction and a novel.
Jason’s experience teaching in a K-8 has made him an effective and engaging presenter. In school and library presentations, he incorporates art, music, and humor to get kids fired up about reading and writing. Whether it’s for a large audiences or a small classroom visits, Jason’s presentation will have children up, moving around, and having fun. There are games, costumes, and songs all centered around the content of Jason’s books and the process of creating them. And, each presentation is tailored to the unique needs of the school or library.
